Turning environmental ambition into action
Energy Conservation Measures
We are strengthening energy performance across our portfolio through energy audits, targeted upgrades, smart technologies, and building retrofits. Audits across all assets assess consumption patterns, equipment performance, and operational inefficiencies across HVAC, lighting, building management systems, and other utility infrastructure. These insights help us prioritise measures based on energy-saving potential, technical feasibility, lifecycle considerations, and cost effectiveness, while improving building performance, reducing environmental impact, and aligning with evolving sustainability goals and tenant expectations.
Equipment Upgrades
Upgrading energy-intensive equipment to improve performance, optimise consumption, and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
Employee Engagement
Building awareness and encouraging employees to participate in responsible energy-use practices.
Optimising our Buildings' EPI
Using asset-level energy insights to identify inefficiencies and continuously optimise building energy performance.
Building Retrofits
Implementing targeted retrofit measures based on energy-saving potential, technical feasibility, lifecycle considerations, and cost effectiveness.
Smart Technologies
Leveraging smart controls and building management systems to improve energy efficiency and operational performance.
