Mr. Mridul Gupta is a qualified Company Secretary and Law graduate (LLB) with over 15 years of experience in corporate and securities law, mergers and amalgamations, fundraising, regulatory compliance, and legal advisory, with specialized expertise in REITs and InvITs and the implementation of robust governance frameworks.

Prior to joining as Manager, he has worked with Cube Highways Trust (InvIT), Bharti Enterprises, Uppal Group, and Nirala Group.
